Community pop up stall @ Footscray Hospital

Project Name : New Footscray Hospital

The Victorian Health and Human Services Building Authority held a series of community pop-up stalls to give people living in Melbourne’s west the opportunity to contribute their ideas for the proposed Footscray Hospital.

As Melbourne’s population continues to grow in the west, the Victorian Government recognises that in order to deliver the best possible healthcare to this growing community, there needs to be state-of-the-art facilities available. In the 2017-2018 budget, $50 million was provided for infrastructure improvements to Footscray Hospital, together with funding to progress planning for a new hospital.

For more information on the proposed redevelopment please visit our Footscray Hospital project page.
