Cobaw Community Health Services - Healthy Community Access Hub

The Victorian Government is investing $9.7 million to develop a Healthy Community Access Hub in Kyneton, bringing vital community health and family services together under one roof.

The purpose-built hub will offer primary health, community health and wellbeing services, private practitioners and counsellors. It will leverage e-health technology to give remote towns access to healthcare and provides multi‐purpose consulting rooms and community meeting spaces.

This project has been funded under the Victorian Government’s Regional Health Infrastructure Fund. This program is dedicated to building new, and updating existing, health facilities in regional and rural Victoria - ensuring everyone can access the high quality care they need, no matter where they live.
