Expressions of interest open for New Melton Hospital master plan and feasibility study
The Victorian Health and Human Services Authority is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced parties to undertake master plan and feasibility studies that will inform the New Melton Hospital business case.
The project will be delivered by a single organisation or consortium and led by a principal consultant who will engage, manage and coordinate all sub-consultants necessary to complete the required phases.
The master plan and feasibility study options to be investigated include the following, but are not limited to:
- construction of new, purpose-built, facilities
- exploration of urban integration with town centre
- investigation of commercial opportunities in the hospital precinct.
The options must consider the entirety of the Western Growth Corridor, within which the hospital provides services, and will need to identify potential opportunities for co-development and/or co-location of compatible facilities.
Expression of Interest applications are being sought via the Buying for Victoria website (tenders.vic.gov.au):
Applications close at 4pm on 11 September 2019.
Please note that in order to be shortlisted, consultants must be registered on the Department of Treasury and Finance Construction Supplier Register under the appropriate categories. Additional information and application requirements can be found within the relevant listings on the Buying for Victoria website.
